How to get pretty feet

Do you have rough feet, calloused feet do you ignore until they feel like sandpaper? We need to take better care of our feet since they are the least looked after if you are a busy mom or just work to many hours in the week to have go to the salon and get a pedicure.

Remember to hydrate your feet, lets think about this for a moment of the burden your feet suffer throughout the day. A relaxing foot soak never fails to reward your feet from its devotional service.

If your feet are at the point were you have dry skin that appears to be white and cracked or you may have  gown toenails, you will want to start your new foot care program with a professional pedicure. But if you feel that your foot problems is a little but more serious a podiatrist should be your first appointment for major foot problems.Please be advised that if you are diabetic to take special care of your feet and follow the doctors instructions regarding foot care.

So lets get those feet ready to relax and ready for some much needed attention and love, fill up the tub with warm water and wash your feet using a foot scrub of your choice. (We have some scrubs you can use make sure that you are not allergic) Gently massage and scrub. It is best to add mint foot soaks, aromatherapy salts and oils to the water. Smoothly scrub your toenails using toenail brush at the end of your soak and just enjoy the soak.



Brown Sugar Foot Scrub
Ingredients
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Ground Oats
2 tbsp Aloe Vera Gel
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 tsp Almond Oil/ Olive Oil




Peppermint Foot Scrub 
Ingredients
1½ cups Sea Salt
¼ cup Sweet Almond Oil
2 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
3 drops Lavender Essential Oil

You can use some Epsom salt which is very aforadble at the drugstore and toss a couple spoonfuls in a warm bath and dip your feet in there and soak and enjoy


Epsom Salt Scrub
1 cup Epsom salt
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon of eucalyptus or lavender oil
Small tub
Small bowl
Towel

Take a small bowl, and add a cup of Epsom salt, a teaspoon of eucalyptus or lavender oil, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix all of them together. And the eucalyptus or the lavender oil will give a sweet, invigorating scent.
In a small tub, pour some warm water. Soak your feet in this water for about 10 minutes.
Now, apply the foot scrub to your feet and start massaging it gently. Make sure you give special attention to your heel and soles of your feet.
After massaging your feet, leave the foot scrub on your feet for about 3-5 minutes. Soak your feet again the small tub filled with warm water. Wash your feet to get rid of the remaining foot scrub. Use a towel to dry your feet.

Put on a rich moisturizing foot lotion. Apply a generous amount and massage each foot from toes to ankle. Wear socks after you apply the lotion. This will help the lotion to be absorbed better.( Please take extra care if you are a diabetic

Wash and Dry Your Feet Daily
Use mild soaps.
Use warm water.
Pat your skin dry; do not rub. Thoroughly dry your feet.
After washing, use lotion on your feet to prevent cracking. Do not put lotion between your toes.
